Why you'll love this course

ACT represents a meaningful shift in how we look at mental health symptoms. Rather than seeing them as problems to be avoided or minimized, ACT encourages clients to accept their experiences and move forward in their presence.

Course description

This course provides a foundational understanding of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) theory and its practical applications. ACT is a third-wave cognitive behavioral therapy with a unique perspective on human suffering and mental health.

Learn how ACT skills can improve psychological flexibility and wellbeing, to take clients from being stuck to living a full and meaningful life.
