Telehealth shouldn't just be about trying to replicate the in-person experience of therapy. It should be about going beyond that experience, harnessing the full potential of technology to aid in healing. This course surveys 11 different technologies, and how they can be successfully utilized as part of a telehealth practice.
Telehealth in a psychotherapy is not limited to efforts to recreate the experience of in-person therapy. Technology offers therapists a wide range of opportunities to go beyond what therapists do as part of an in-person practice, potentially improving treatment effectiveness and efficiency. This course surveys a variety of new technologies that can be applied in a telehealth practice.
