Dayna Guido specializes in working with mental health supervisors. Her insights are grounded in decades of experience, and presented in ways that focus on client well-being. Even experienced supervisors are likely to find the supervisory genogram to be a useful tool for considering their own development and areas of growth.
This workshop focuses on bringing high ethical standards to the work of clinical supervision. We will review ethical standards pertaining to supervision, including remote supervision guidelines, which have added a layer of complexity. Diversity and multicultural issues will be examined through the lens of a supervisory genogram. We will also explore supervisory boundaries in detail. This will be an opportunity to contemplate your own supervisory competence in an experiential manner.
