Why you'll love this course

Daryl Chow is an international leader in training for therapist performance. His guidance here is clear, specific, and actionable -- clearly illustrating how tiny changes can produce large impacts.

Course description

Imagine this: What if we can re-build our higher education, clinical supervision and professional development activities to improve therapy outcomes? What might this look like? What needs to be different? What ideas need to be subverted?

In this talk, Daryl Chow aims to untether our prior assumptions about the way we develop in our profession, based on what we know from the hidden sides of psychotherapy outcomes, and graft learnings from research in the development of expertise and the learning sciences.

This course engages with small but pivotal ideas, to take each of us to our individual and collective growth edge. We can learn from those clinicians who are already reaping the rewards of this new frontier.

1.5 Hours CE. Recorded Video Format (non-interactive)
