Course Description

Colleague referral continues to be one of the most fruitful ways to get more private practice clients, yet most clinicians struggle to build relationships with referral sources. This course details four specific strategies for developing strong and lasting referral relationships. After taking this course, participants will feel confident in their ability to articulate their niche, network with other health care providers, develop their reputation as qualified health and wellness professionals, and maintain long term referral relationships.

Tangible takeaways from this course include:

  • A specific “elevator pitch” clearly articulating your niche to potential referral sources
  • Scripts for booking networking meetings with other therapists
  • Methods for booking meetings with physicians, and talking points to help physicians feel comfortable referring clients to your practice
  • Strategies for using large-scale networking events -- including those delivered remotely -- to meet like-minded clinicians, stand out from the masses, and develop sustainable referral relationships
